She has a strong track record in mergers and acquisitions and regularly advises on complex contractual frameworks across sectors including construction, telecommunications, and software. Lara is also known for her deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape of the diamond industry. She advises stakeholders on compliance, including anti-money laundering and anti-corruption frameworks, and supports the development of robust governance practices aligned with evolving regulatory standards.
