Lara is the founder and Managing Partner of Beirut Practice Law Firm. She graduated from Saint Joseph University with an LLB in Lebanese Law and LLM in Private Law, holding a diploma in mediation and negotiation.
Lara specializes in tax restructuring and corporate and business law, counseling numerous local and international clients on real estate investment, investment funds, joint ventures, and intellectual property.
