Lara is the founder and Managing Partner of Beirut Practice. She graduated from Saint Joseph University with an LLB in Lebanese Law and LLM in Private Law, holding a diploma in mediation and negotiation.

Lara specializes in tax restructuring and corporate and business law, counseling numerous local and international clients on real estate investment, investment funds, joint ventures, and intellectual property.

Joseph graduated from La Sagesse University - Lebanon, with a Degree in Law, and has extensive experience in all areas of Real Estate Law and Property Management, including real estate transactions, negotiation, short sale negotiation, transfer of property, drafts and estate planning, landlord and tenant disputes and evictions.

Joseph is a member of the Public Liberties and Human Rights Defense Committee at the Beirut Bar Association, the Ecological Committee at the Beirut Bar Association, and the joint monitoring body between the Lebanese and British governments.

Alfred graduated from Saint Joseph University with a Master’s Degree in Private International Law, then pursued a long period of training at Chikri Khoury law firm.

Throughout his years of professional practice, Alfred has accumulated extensive experience in Inheritance, Real Estate, Corporate, Commercial, and Maritime Law.  

Joseph graduated from the Lebanese University with a Degree in Law. He has trained at Naji Boustany Law Firm, and has gained throughout years of practice significant experience in Family Law.

Joseph is considered one of the leading family lawyers in Lebanon, specialized in divorce, financial settlements, and children disputes.
